BOOKINGS FOR MEMBERS ONLY AT THIS STAGE.

Bookings are available in one-hour slots. As a courtesy to other members, we kindly ask that you avoid leaving a half-hour gap between your booking and other bookings, this is to minimise unused court time and give everyone a fair chance to play. Occasionally, our team may contact you in advance to confirm your booking or request a slight adjustment. Thank you for your understanding!

Booking a court is easy to do from your phone or computer. Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a text message with a unique pin code to access the courts from 10 minutes before your booking through to the end of your match.  

Pricing:
Members – no charge for court bookings when lights are not required, $10 per hour per court for bookings with lights.

Booking a Court:
Members have access to the courts providing there is no coaching, competition or pre-arranged Club social events being played. Members can book online (below) to reserve a court. Public bookings (casual hire) is restricted to times when courts are not being used for coaching, competition or by members who have booked. Public use is to be controlled and supervised and with a fee per hour per court.

Court lighting is now operational, when members make a booking with lights, there is a charge of $10 per hour per court, payable at the time of booking.

Upon arrival at the courts, enter the code you received with your booking, and the lights will turn on up to 5 minutes prior to your booking (if no one is playing before your booked time), and will stay on for 10 minutes at the end of your booking (if no one is booked to play after you).  For bookings that finish at 9.30pm the lights will remain on for 15mins after your booking.  This is to assist the safe entry and exit from the facilities.

Cancelling Your Booking:

If you need to cancel due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you can do so online using the functionality below. If your booking included lights, upon cancellation you will receive a promo code equivalent to the value of your original booking. This allows you to reschedule at a time that suits you, using the initial funds paid.

Please Note:

Club rules allow for tennis to be played until 9:30pm, it is vital that this rule is adhered to and that play ceases by 9:30pm at the latest.
